Hotel Doña Lola is located in center of Seville, only a few blocks
away from the pedestrian shopping streets of Sierpes and Tetuan and convenient
to the Alameda de Hercules, as large open plaza. The area is very convenient
to local shops and tapas bars, and a short walk through shopping district
to reach the major monuments. The 11 room hotel has been completely renovated,
and includes a roof terrace open for guest use. All rooms in the Hotel Doña Lola include a full private
bathroom, air conditioning, heating, direct dial telephone and television.
Some rooms have balconies to the street. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Seville on foot and borders several of the city's most popular quarters. The building overlooks a street which connects the pedestrian shopping district with the Alameda de Hercules, a large open plaza and park in the city center. Guest rooms are distributed over the three floors of the hotel, with the entrances along hallways which overlook the covered central patio. All rooms have a full, private bath, air conditioning, heating and television. Each room has a unique and subtle color theme connecting the bedroom and bathroom decoration. There is just one Junior Suite on the top floor of the hotel, with plenty of natural light and a separate sitting area.

Guests enter the main patio from Calle Amor de Dios. The stairway and elevator are just off the patio, leading to the guest rooms on the higher floors. Guests can take the elevator to the roof terrace with views of the surrounding city center.

The hotel is in the center of Seville, located between the central shopping district and the Alameda de Hercules. This location is in the middle of the historic center and within easy walking distance of most everything in the city. Within the immediate vicinity is the pedestrian shopping district, the Museum of Fine Arts and the Alameda. The Alameda has been recently renovated and features a wide variety of tapas bars, restaurants and nightlife options. Plaza Alfalfa and the shopping district are within a 7 - 8 minutes walk, while the Cathedral and Alcazar are about 12 minutes away. In the immediate area guests will find many good tapas bars, restaurants, local shops and good access to public transport. The hotel is also convenient to the train station and inner city ring road. We like the proximity to the Alameda de Hercules, which has been completely renovated and offers a large number of tapas bars, restaurants and options for local nightlife. The pedestrian shopping district is just a block away, where guests can find themselves in the middle of the every day activity of the city center. Inside the hotel, the owners have done a wonderful job of blending a modern, comfortable style within the historic home. Each room has been given a distinct, yet subtle, color theme which transfers from the rooms into the bathrooms. We especially like the glassed-in Junior Suite on the top floor of the hotel which offers an additional sitting area and plenty of natural light. |
