1. Reservation Procedure
To check the availability of all apartmeents please use the following link to consult the
Apartments with several units of the same name are only blocked in the calendar if ALL units are
reserved on a certain date. To confirm the availability of a specific apartment, please send us the
request form indicating the exact apartment name or number.
In the majority of our apartments the minimum stay is 3 days (please refer to the individual
apartment description). However, we are happy to inform you about exceptions.
Photos and Descriptions
We keep the apartment photos and description information up to date through constant contact
with the individual owners. However, we cannot take any responsibility for minor changes.
Apartment Specific Conditions
Apart from the general conditions stated herein, please also consult the specific conditions
(additional security deposit, cancellation policy, etc.) per apartment in the email offer we will send

Upon reception of the deposit we will confirm the booking by email, including the apartment
address, key pick-up information, and further details.
Please revise carefully the dates and rates in your booking confirmation in order to clarify any
issues BEFORE arrival.
The deposit paid is forfeited in the case of cancellation (if not stated otherwise in the specific
conditions for the apartment offer we have sent you by email).
Because the apartments belong to different owners, a change of any confirmed reservation to
another apartment is considered a cancellation.
The person who is booking the apartment with us is required to be of full age (> 18 years).
Please advise your arrival time by email a few days before your reservation date.
Arrival at the Apartment
Please note that the majority of units are private apartments WITHOUT A RECEPTION DESK and
the keys are issued by a particular person in charge of your arrival. Therefore your best possible
indication of a specific arrival time and updates concerning any changes (delays etc.) are most
appreciated and will ensure the best possible entry process.
Check-in time is from 15:00-20:00. We cannot guarantee an earlier check-in because of possible
departures from the same apartment on the same day as well as the time required for cleaning the
apartment. At times early arrival is possible if no cleaning is scheduled.
If you arrive later than 20:00, please check with us BEFORE completing your reservation to ensure
that late arrival is possible in the requested apartment.
3. Deposit Payment
The deposit is payable by the following methods of payment.
Send your credit card information for the reservation deposit via fax or secure form. We make use
of a secure server with SSL encryption for confidential data transfer over the internet.
Please ask for a PRELIMINARY RESERVATION prior to making a bank transfer because it takes
several days to verify receipt of the transfer. We must put the apartment on hold in the meantime.
We will inform you of the account details at the time of confirming the preliminary reservation.
If you are already in Seville it is also possible to pay the reservation deposit personally in our

If the apartment is left without any damage, the deposit is refunded on departure in cash or after
your departure to your credit card or by bank transfer, depending on the apartment.
4. Rent Payment
For the majority of our apartments the payment is possible in CASH ONLY. Please see the possible
methods of payment in the apartment offer we send you by email.
Time of Payment
FULL PAYMENT (OR THE FIRST MONTH) IS DUE UPON ARRIVAL. The key will be issued only upon
reception of payment. You will receive a receipt of payment.
In the case you will require an invoice, including V.A.T., please advise BEFORE making your

Number of Guests
The apartment may be occupied only by the number of guests confirmed in the booking
Pets are not permitted.
Please see in the apartment offer if any cleaning services are included (per day, per week, per
month). If you would like to have an additional cleaning, please request by email and we will let
you know if it is possible and the corresponding cost. Final cleaning is always included in the price
of the apartment rental.
Electricity and water consumption
Electric and water consumption are in general included. But please see the detailed offer for the
apartment, as in some apartments this will be an extra cost, especially for long term stays.
We ask for suitable and responsible behaviour towards any neighbours in the same house or
community. This means that loud music, parties or any other kind of disturbances are forbidden.
Please respect the quiet time from 22:00-10:00.
Non-fulfilment of Conditions
In case of non-fulfilment of any of the conditions mentioned herein, or the specific apartment
conditions sent to you via email, the apartment owner has the right to ask you to leave the
apartment without any type of compensation.
Questions or issues
In case of any questions or issues, the most efficient way is always to direct contact with the
apartment owner, the reception or the person who issued the keys upon arrival.

Change in departure date
In case you have to finish your stay earlier than your scheduled departure date there is no refund
of the price paid.
In case you prefer to leave the apartment because of unforeseen changes of the conditions of the
accomodation which cannot be solved (force majeure, constructions, etc.), we w ill try to find an
alternative accomodation. If an agreement cannot be achieved, we will offer a parcial cancellation
of the booking, and refund the overpayment for the not used days.
A common problem in Seville can be construction noise. E.g., if the neighbour is reforming a
bathroom he is not required to advise. Therefore in many situations we do not know of construction
noise in advance.
Check-out is before 11:00. In case you require a late check out, please check with us upon your
arrival and we will inform you about the latest hour possible. In most cases, the luggage can be
deposited until the afternoon. If this issue is very important (e.g. travelling with a baby), please
reconfirm before booking the apartment.
If you would like to leave your luggage in the apartment, or in our office on departure day, please
let us know and we will inform you about the possibilities. The options available depend on the day
Before leaving the apartment
The final cleaning is included in the rent. We ask you to leave the apartment in reasonable
conditions (garbage taken out, dishes washed, air conditioning turned off, etc.)
