Located in the Historic Center of Seville, in the heart of the Casco Antiguo, right in a historic and beautiful building dating from the 18th century or earlier, that was once a convent, in the short and quiet pedestrian street, Calle San Isidoro. The apartment is also steps of the restored Parroquia de San Isidoro, originally from the 14th century, a beauty to be seen.

The apartment comes with 1 bedroom with a double bed, living room with kitchenette, a spacious bathroom and its own terrace. All windows open to either the terrace or an interior patio which makes this flat very bright. An ideal accommodation for working persons or language students, as well as for a short city visit for up to 3 people, using the sofa-bed in the living room.

INTERNET and TELEPHONE:
There is wireless internet in the apartment. With the telephone you can receive calls and make calls to Spanish land line nos. Intenational and mobile calls are blocked.

SHOPPING:
A supermarket and bakery are at Plaza Alfalfa, at 5 min walking distance. The comercial center with the famous streets Sierpes, Tetuan and Velazquez is also at 5 min from the apartment.

EAT AND DRINK:
Just a few meters around the corner: Bar La Estrella.
Legendary: Bar Alfalfa.

PARKING:
The next parking is at the edge of Avenida Menendez Pelayo with Cano y Cueto street. We do NOT recommend to go by car until the apartment, as the Santa Cruz quarter consists all of tiny alleys, where it is hard to navigate and without any space to park. Orientation also is difficult because of many one-way streets.

SURROUNDINGS:
Apartamento San Isidoro is literally steps away from the Museo del Baile Flamenco, owned by famous dancer, Cristina Hoyos, and near the Plaza del Alfalfa, the beautiful and renovated Iglesia de El Salvador, and the famous fine mansion-palace of the Dukes of Medinaceli, has long been known as the Casa de Pilatos, originally from the 16th century and now visited by tourists and Spaniards alike, as the beautiful museum-like palace it is today.

Very close on foot also, is the Convento de San Leandro, known for its famous egg-candy, the City Hall or Ayuntamiento, the Plaza de San Francisco, the tram station at beautiful Plaza Nueva and the magnificent Cathedral of Seville, with its Giralda and Plaza del Triunfo, the Archivos de India, the Real Alcazar of Seville, the Barrio de Santa Cruz, and the Jardines de Murillo. It is also easy to walk to the River Gudalquivir and cross the bridge into the gypsy neighborhoods of Triana, with its great food markets, or you can go to the famous big department store, the Corte Inglés or pass by the also famous Sevillian pastry shop and cafe, La Campana, to have a tapa, such as a caña (small glass of beer), some aceitunas (olives) or perhaps a café con leche with churros for breakfast.

The apartment enjoys wonderful tranquility and nice light in a beautiful location, with excellent public transportation, taxis, restaurants, bars and food markets. Santa Justa, the train station, is only about 10-15 minutes by taxi. You can enjoy taking the electric cable car at nearby Plaza Nueva.

Prices include water. Electricity is included in the daily and weekly rate. For stays longer than a week, electricity consumption is billed extra, on departure, according counters (0,20 Euros /KWh).
