The San Felipe apartment is a 1-bedroom flat in the historical centre of Seville, between Plaza de la Encarnación and Santa Catalina church. The bedroom is quiet and bright at the same time, orientated towards an interior light patio. Compared to marble floor, less commun, but very pleasant: the apartment has throughout parquet floors.

The large living room features an additional sofa-bed for 2 guests, TV and CD player. The kitchenette has an oven, microwave and washing machine, as well as fridge and freezer. A comfortable dining furniture for up to 4 people completes the faclities which let you feel like home.

Below the view from the roof top where you can hang up your laundry to dry and enjoy a picturesque view over the sky of Seville. San Felipe is ideal for a short romantic stay as well as for a long term stay.

Observations

This is a recently refurbished appartment where the owners themselves lived before.
We like this flat due to its warm and pleasant atmosphere given through natural light, colors of furniture and decoration. Everything is well thought-out and attention to detail has been paid, a flat which is not reduced to the most functional and basic of a holiday apartment, but indeed as if the owners had prepared it for themselves.

It is located in a quiet and narrow pedestrian street in the neighbourhood of Santa Catalina, 200m from the church that bears the same name. This is a very central area within walking distance to many of the landmarks in the historical centre of Seville.

INTERNET:
ADSL internet connection, WiFi or with cable. You receive the access data on arrival.

SHOPPING:
The next supermarket is on the Plaza Padre Jerónimo de Cordoba, behind the Santa Catalina church. A market hall is on the Plaza de la Encarnación, at 5 min walking distance.
The comercial centre with the streest Sierpes, Tetuan and Valezquez ist also at 5 min distance.

EAT AND DRINK:
A must-see: the oldest tapas bar of Seville El Rinconcíllo, only a few meters from the apartment. Afterwards and just next door, we recommend for the second and third tapa: La Giganta.
Also close by and tasty: Coloniales, at Plaza Cristo de Burgos.

PARKING:
The next parking is in Escuelas Pias street, next to the Santa Catalina church, 4 min walking distance from the apartment. Another one close by is at the edge of Santa Angela street with Plaza San Pedro (3 min).
If you can find a place, you can also park on one of the surrounding streets, for free.
