One flight up the stairs you will find the entrance door to the first floor apartment.

In the hall of the apartment, a large door opens to the living room.

The living room is equipped with a large dining table, flatscreen tv, and sofa. Two french balconies open to Relator street.

The mosaic tile floor and the wood beam ceiling have been preserved.

The kitchenette features a fridge, stove-top, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc. A washing machine is located on the ground floor of the house and is shared in between the two apartments.

The living room and the bedroom have independant heating and cooling for both rooms. Personal belongings can be stored in two ample wardrobes, which are in the living-room and bedroom.
