The apartments Redes are located on a quiet pedestrian street in the San Vicente neighborhood in the historic city center. The location offers excellent access to all of the main attractions and monuments that Seville has to offer.

The sourroundings provide you with everything

The main shopping area of Seville is about 4 minutes walk, following Alfonso XII street. Seville’s excellent Fine Arts Museum can be reached in less than 1 minute. The adjacent Arenal quarter offers a selection of several excellent restaurants and tapas bars.

Bright and calm

Having undergone recent renovations, the apartments opened in April of 2006. The building runs along an interior patio, which separates the apartments from any possible street noise, while at the same time offering plenty of natural light, making the apartments bright and cheerful.

Family apartments or studios for couples

All apartments include a kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms, living room, television, air-conditioning and heating. The studio apartments do not have a separate bedroom, but offer the advantage of a private roof terrace, which can be used as an extension of the interior space.

Perfectly equipped for your holiday

The apartments are very quiet as a result of both the location on a pedestrian street, as well as the architecture of the building. Bathrooms are well equipped, and kitchens offer many conveniences for self-catering.

Observations

The apartment owner lives in the same house and is at your disposal for any questions or issues.

Please note the STUDIOS are very small, and therefore we do not recommend them for stays longer than a few days if space is a concern.

SHOPPING:
The central shopping district with the streets Sierpes, Tetuan and Velazquez are about 5 minutes walking distance, just at the end of Alfonso XII street. In the other direction you will find the Plaza de Armas shopping center, with a supermarket on the basement level.

EAT AND DRINK:
In the San Vicente/San Lorenzo quarter, we recommend the Bar/Restaurant Eslava. Plenty of tapas bars and restaurants are also in the El Arenal quarter.

PARKING:
The most convenient parking is adjacent to the Plaza de Armas shopping center, with easy access from the city ring road. From here you have about 4 minutes walking distance to the apartment. If you do not know the traffic situation well in Seville, we recommend parking first here to unload your luggage. (Access to Redes street is difficult and there is no possibility to park.) Possibilities for free parking exist along the river.

Semana Santa and Feria: supplement of 100% on daily and weekly rates.

Minimum stay

2 nights (4 nights in Semana Santa and Feria).

Other cost

Prices include water and electricity, at the weekly rates. Cleaning supplement of 20 € for stays <3 nights. For stays of 1 month, or longer, we bill the electricty consumption extra, according counters (0,15 Euros /KWh). Apartment cleaning, change of bed linen and towels included (once per week).
