There is a sofa-bed, TV and a dining table with four chairs. (The photos are preliminary: no curtains, etc.).

The bedroom has two twin beds and a closet. (Preliminary photos: the bed has no sheets...).

The kitchen is very well equipped, with washing machine, dishwasher, and all utensils of a good quality. The owner is using this a partment as his holliday flat and is constantly reviewing and replacing missing and broken items.

The apartment's terrace on the third floor is private, but the access is through the communitarian stairway or elevator. Note that it is NOT directly connected from the apartment. (Preliminary photo: The garden furniture is not shown.)

View on Salvador church, which is the second largest church in Seville. The Salvador Duplex apartment is located in the very center of town. Note that the street is not officially pedestrian, but so narrow, that a taxi will not enter. The closest access by car is to Plaza Alfalfa, and from there 200m walking. The apartment's owner has a garage in the house, where you may store a bicicle or other things, but too difficult to access by rental car.
