Hotel Casa Imperial is a typical Sevillian Palace whose construction dates
back to 1530 and was commissioned by the Marquis of Tarifa, the owner of
the Casa de Pilatos. It was used by the Royal Master of Ceremonies Alonso
de Villafranca for the purpose of housing guests of nobility. Located on
a quiet street, the hotel has several unique patios which are
at guests disposal and are the perfect place to relax or gather with
friends and family. Hotel Casa Imperial is the realization of an ambitious renovation project, the first of its kind in Seville. Through its acquisition in 1994, the recent owner was able to prevent it from being partially demolished to make new apartments. |
Each room is different with its own style and decoration. Suites have either a balcony overlooking an interior patio or private terrace. All feature separate living room. Junior Suites offer a joint sitting area, different bed types and some are equipped with kitchenette. Double Deluxe rooms are the smallest in size, but each offers joint sitting are and singular characteristics. Careful consideration was taken in the decoration of the rooms, with selection of furniture to fit with the architectural and historical style of the hotel.

When it comes to a truly historic atmosphere this is one of most typical Andalusian hotels in Sevilla. Rooms are decorated according to the period of the casa-palacio with all of the details accounted for. There's plenty of outdoor seating in the different patios, breakfast and a personalized service available for guests. Although a small detail, the bath tubs in many of the rooms are of the original size and positively some of the biggest you'll ever see. Almost all of the beds are sized fit the tallest of traveler.
