The apartments Salvador are located in the centre of Seville, close to the Plaza El Salvador. The 4 apartments are really nice and comfortable, you will feel like at home after a work day or your city visit.

Invite for a good sleep

Despite of their location, the apartments are quite calm. Wide bedrooms with twin beds in all the apartments will provide you a nice rest.

Southern taste

The apartments offer a well-equipped kitchen with cooking utensils, ready for your own dishes or Spanish recipies. Please notice that the apartments 2şB and 3şB have an independent kitchen, and the apartments 2şA and 3şA have an open plan kitchen.

All the apartments shared a roof terrace with a table, chairs and sunloungers. Do not miss the opportunity to enjoy the sun during the day or have a drink and enjoy our sky colours by sunset.

Building with 4 Apartments

Apartments Nr. 2şA/B on the second floor, Nr. 3şA/B on the third floor, without elevator. The "A" apartments have an open plan kitchen, the "B" apartments with kitchen in a seperate room.

Observations

Very centrical, close to the Plaza del Salvador.

The owner has a small-scale production for Flamenco dresses on the first floor.

INTERNET:
There are two Wifi ADSL networks available to cover the 4 apartments. You receive the access details on arrival.

SHOPPING:
Plenty of shops are located in the surrounding streets. The comercial center with the main shopping streets Sierpes, Tetuan and Velazquez is at 5 min walking distance.
The next supermarkets are on Plaza Alfalfa or in Cuesta del Rosario street.

EAT AND DRINK:
The Bar Europa is at the beginning of the street, recommended for having some tapas and also a good meeting point with us on your arrival.
At less than 100 meters, the Salvador square is the place to meet Seville while enjoying the late afternoon and traditional “aperitivo”.

PARKING:
The next car park is in Albareda street, next to Plaza Nueva, aprox. 15€/24h. Or in the EL CORTE INGLÉS shopping house, at Plaza de la Magdalena, aprox. 18€/24h. Each at 10 min walking distance from the apartment. The apartment itself cannot be reached by car, as it is in a pedestrian area. Closest access points: Plaza Alfalfa or Cuesta del Rosario street.

Prices include water and electricity, at the weekly rates. For stays of 2 weeks, or longer, we bill the electricty consumption extra, according counters (0,20 Euros /KWh).

Electricity deposit: 100 Euros/month (due on arrival, in cash, refund minus electricity consumption, on departure).
