Located in the midst of the Old Town of Seville, the Medinaceli
Apartments give you a perfect starting point for exploring the treasures
that lie within this special area. Casa de Pilatos, along with the
Cathedral, Real Alcazar, and what remains of the old Roman aqueduct, are
all only a couple of minutes away.
Character and Ambience
The neighborhood around the Medinaceli Apartments is lively and has its
own village-like atmosphere that you will surely enjoy taking part in
during your stay in Seville.

The Medinaceli Apartments are full of natural light and have a cozy and
comfortable atmosphere. The bedrooms all have twin beds, and towels and
bed linens are provided. There also is a hair dryer and clothes iron in
each apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Observations
Easy access to the main streets that circle the city center and the
city's bus routes. Avenida Menendez Pelayo, a main street, is located
at the beginning of San Esteban Street. The Santa Justa train station is
a 15-minute walk from Apartments Medinaceli.
SHOPPING:
A bakery and a small grocery store are located right next to the San
Esteban church. There are two supermarkets nearby both a five-minute
walk away. One is on Avenida Luis Montoto and the other supermarket is
in Plaza Alfalfa. The commercial center of the city with the famous
shopping streets of Sierpes, Tetuan and Velazquez is a ten-minute walk
away.
EAT AND DRINK:
A few steps away from Apartments Medinaceli is
Abacería Puerta Carmona.
Whether you are looking for a small snack or a complete meal, you can
satisfy your cravings here with their large variety of homemade tapas,
Montaditos(small sandwiches made with toasted bread and different toppings) and specialty cheeses and sausages.
Nearby is the well-known Flamenco bar
La Carboneria. They offer live flamenco with guitar, dancing and singing every night beginning at 11:00PM. The entrance is free.
PARKING:
The closest public
parking
is located at the intersection of Avenida Menendez Pelayo and Cano y
Cueto Street. It is a ten-minute walk from Medinaceli Apartments. Free
parking can be found five-minutes from the apartment along José Maria
Moreno Galván Street and adjoining streets.
We do not recommend driving on San Esteban Street as it is a small
one-way street. Once you have entered onto San Esteban Street you have
to drive through all of the Old Town of Seville before you can turn off
of San Esteban Street.
