The Catedral Apartments are located right in front of the Puerta del Perdón, the gate leading to the main patio of the Cathedral. The apartments offer stunning views of the Cathedral of Seville, the largest Gothic cathedral in the world. Standing in the heart of the city center on calle Alemanes, Cathedral Apartments are steps away from restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and many of the major attractions in Seville. You can enjoy the convenience of being situated just a few meters from the Giralda, Real Alcazar, Archive of the Indies and the picturesque neighborhood of Santa Cruz.

Breathtaking Views

The photos show the views from the living-room and terrace of the "Duplex" apartment, which is located on the third and fourth floors of the building. The distance between the apartments and the Cathedral is only 30 meters, giving you a clear and magnificent view of Seville's most famous monument, the Cathedral.

High Quality Accommodations

The two studio apartments (2-3 persons) are located on the first floor and second floor, and the duplex apartment (4-6 persons) is located on the third and fourth floors. They all have beautifully designed interiors which, when combined with the views, create truly spectacular spaces.

Comfort and space in the heart of the city

The entire building, including the interiors of the apartments, were completely rennovated in 2005. The size of each studio is 60m². The duplex is made up of two floors, each 100m², connected by a private stairway.

Observations

SHOPPING:
On calle Alemanes you can find souvenirs and international press. The commercial center of Seville is only a couple minutes walk away, beginning at Plaza Nueva, continuing through the pedestrian streets of Sierpes and Velazquez-Tetuán.

EAT AND DRINK:
Just around the corner on calle Placentines is Robles Placentines, a restaurant that has been owned by the same family for years and years and has a long-standing tradition in the city of Seville. On the same street the apartments are located on you will find Japo, a modern restuarant featuring Asian dishes from many countries. Japo is one of three restaurants belonging to the five-star EME Hotel. All three restaurants are open to the public.

There is a parking located on calle Albareda, next to Plaza Nueva.

During your stay you can request an optional cleaning service for 10 Euros /hour. (Final cleaning is included.)
SUPPLEMENT for arrivals after 21:30h. Arriving by car: 20 Euros. Arriving by bus/ train/ plane: 30 Euros (with transfer service for 1-4 people, one way). Extra person: 5 Euros.

Reservation and Security Deposit

The RESERVATION DEPOSIT is 50% of the total price. Find methods of payment on the top left of the page.

On arrival, the remaining balance (50%) of the rent is due, plus your credit card details as a guarantee for any damages.
