The building is located just behind the Alameda de Hercules and includes eight different apartments: six one-bedroom apartment and two studio apartments located in the attic. The Alameda de Hercules happens to be an appropiate area to spend your vacation in Seville since offers a large variety of restaurants and tapas bars as well as pubs for enjoying a drink.

Amenities

Every one-bedroom apartment includes two single beds, TV and a closet in order to place your belongings.

Fully equipped kitchen

The kitchen is prepared for self-catering in every of the eight apartments and they are equipped with fridge, stove-top, wasing machine and kitchen utensils.

Every apartment is also provided with sheets and linen as well as towels.

Observations

Basic and small apartments. But new and in good conditions. We recommend for single occupation, or if you come with your partner and do not need much space.

INTERNET:
Wireless internet. You will receive the connection password on your arrival.

SHOPPING: In Calle Feria street you find lots of small shops, a supermarket and a market hall, at 2 min walking distance.

EAT AND DRINK: Less than two minutes walking-distance you arrive to Alameda de Hercules, a strung-out sandy park seamed by restaurants, tapas bars, ice cream parlours and pubs.

PARKING: The closest car park is next to the Andalusian Parliament, at 5 min walking distance. You can also try to park on the street but that will not be easy.
